Terms & Conditions — 999be Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, unless context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 999be website accessible at https://999be.io, including all subpages, services, games, sports betting markets, and account management interfaces.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, used to access Platform services and hold a BDT balance.
• "Balance" means the total amount of Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) held within a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts separately tracked as Bonus Balance.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by 999be under specific bonus offers, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered through qualifying games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Working Day" means any day that is not a Friday, Saturday, or a Bangladesh public holiday, during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for ease of reference only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 999be with respect to use of the Platform and supersede any prior communications or representations.

To register an Account on 999be, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform.
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• Not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of 999be or its technology partners.
• Not have previously had an Account on 999be suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gaming register that 999be participates in.

999be reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point during the account lifecycle. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending resolution.

By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 999be accepts no liability for consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate information provided by the Player.

In the event of a verified security breach attributable solely to a 999be platform vulnerability, 999be will cooperate fully in the investigation and work to restore any verified losses where technically and legally feasible.

Deposits: 999be accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other methods listed on the platform's deposit page at the time of transaction. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment provider.

999be does not impose deposit transaction fees. Processing fees charged by your payment provider are outside 999be's control and are your responsibility. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another individual — are prohibited and will be reversed.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, ensuring consistency and reducing money-laundering risk. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad: 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time).
• Rocket / Upay: Up to 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer: 1–3 Working Days depending on the receiving institution.

999be reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000 BDT. During such checks, the withdrawal will be placed in a pending state. Players will be notified by email and must respond to information requests within 5 Working Days to avoid the withdrawal request being cancelled.

Funds that have been credited as part of a bonus promotion and have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements are classified as Bonus Balance and are not eligible for withdrawal until wagering requirements are satisfied. Only the real-money portion of a Player's Account balance is eligible for withdrawal at any time.

999be offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins offers, cashback promotions, and referral rewards. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above who have completed all required identity and payment verification steps.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses on 999be is 30x the bonus amount. This means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games contribute 10%; sports betting markets contribute as stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account without compensation.

All games available on the 999be platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and virtual sports — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or streamed live from audited studio environments. Game outcomes are determined independently of any intervention by 999be.

Players are expected to engage with all games in good faith and in accordance with the rules of each individual game as documented within the game interface. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result logged in 999be's server records shall be the definitive record. Technical malfunctions of a Player's device, internet connection, or browser do not constitute grounds for a claim against 999be for bets that were placed and resolved normally on the server side.

Where a malfunction is confirmed, 999be will either void the relevant bets and return stakes to Player balances or, where outcomes can be verified from provider logs, honour the result. 999be's decision in such matters is final.

Sports betting markets on the 999be sportsbook are governed by individual market rules as displayed at the time of bet placement. Settlement of cricket matches (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. 999be reserves the right to void bets where a market was offered in error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999be platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform functionality.
• Colluding with other Players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market, including coordinated strategies in live casino games such as Baccarat, Roulette, or Blackjack.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or undocumented platform behaviour to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown platform error are void.
• Laundering funds through the platform — including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, rapidly cycling deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity, or using the platform as a financial intermediary.
• Using another person's payment account, identity, or registration details to create or operate an Account.
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where doing so is prohibited under applicable local law, using VPN services or proxies to mask your true location for this purpose.
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in relation to genuine 999be transactions where no platform error occurred.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 999be support staff or other players through any communication channel.

Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary platform unavailability. 999be will make reasonable efforts to notify Players in advance of planned downtime but cannot guarantee advance notice for emergency maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraudulent misrepresentation by 999be.

999be collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players during registration and throughout the account lifecycle. This data is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer support. 999be does not sell personal data to third parties.

Data handling practices are governed in full by the 999be Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between 999be and the Player. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy on a data-related matter, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.

All personal data is stored in encrypted form. Transmission between your device and the 999be platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. 999be retains Player data for a period of up to 7 years after account closure for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution purposes, after which data is securely deleted in accordance with the data retention schedule set out in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of 999be's operational entity. 999be aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 2 Working Days and to provide a full written response within 10 Working Days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process to the satisfaction of both parties, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration or through the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute through the processes described above.
